Booking conditions

Deposit
Deposit is required for long term reservations and must be at least 30% of the amount of the stay to be made by online credit card, bank transfer or Satispay.

Arrival
Arrival must be on the designated day after 3:00 pm.
The balance will be advanced by online credit card or Satispay at the time of online check-in with the uploading of documents to fulfill the bureaucratic obligations. Once the online check-in and payment is made, the QR code to access the facility and room will be sent via email or WhatsApp so that the guest is totally independent on the arrival time.

Departure
The room must be vacated by 10:00 a.m. on the appointed day.

Cancellation
Cancellation to the stay must be received at least 15 days before arrival, otherwise any deposit paid will be retained and can be used for another reservation subject to availability.

Rules of the stay
The use of the room is allowed to persons registered at the time of check-in. Any non-compliance will result in termination of the contract.

Extra Costs
Breakfast euro 10.00 per person
Tourist tax: euro 0.50 per person per night up to 14 nights. Children up to 11 years of age are exempt from payment.
